• Add Black and Gold Salsa (fresh corn and black bean salsa) for an additional $3 per guest

Drinks

• Bottles of Mexican Coke or Jarritos -$3 per guest
• Homemade Iced Tea, Lemonade- $1.50 per guest

Dessert

• Scoop of Penn State Berkey Creamery Ice Cream-$3 per guest (Flavors Vary)
• Churro Bar with toppings-$2.50 per guest

Sam’s Nacho Bar with Taco Proteins

Starting $9 per guest (one protein ($11 per guest), each additional protein is $3 per guest)

• Choose proteins (protein options listed under "tacos" above)
• Includes tortilla chips, salsa, queso, guacamole, cotija cheese, homemade adobo sauce and black beans
• Add fresh street corn for an additional $2 per guest
• Completely customizable by your guests, can feel free to add listed toppings as they choose

Mexican Street Bowl Bar (Based off our popular Mexican Street Corn Bowl Dish)

Starting at $11 per guest (one protein ($13 per guest), each additional protein is $3 per guest)

• Choose proteins (protein options listed under "tacos" above)
• Includes parboiled rice, black beans, fresh street corn, roasted red peppers, lime cabbage, salsa, guacamole, cotija cheese and our homemade adobo sauce
• Gluten free, can be made vegan or vegetarian upon request
• Completely customizable by your guests, can feel free to add listed toppings as they choose

General Info

• We provide all paper products and utensils. (Excluding Pickup)
• We are happy to customize your menu to fit your event.
• We require a two week notice for 50 or more guests 
• Sales Tax and 20% gratuity added to final price

Pickup

• Items assembled in a kit and are picked up at our Eatery
• Instructions provided, and proper equipment (chaffers, half pans, etc.) can be borrowed and returned within 48 hours

Drop Off

• $50 delivery and setup fee (Within a 25 mile radius)
• Federal Mileage rate charged for each additional mile after 25 miles
• Instructions provided and borrowed equipment must be returned within 48 hours

Full Service

• $40 per server (Excluding Sam, amount of servers depends on amount of guests)

Private Party at our Eatery

• The Eatery is available for rent upon request for an additional $25
• Our Eatery can accommodate up to 60 guests 
• BYOB, ice provided
